Engine noise

I have an 03 Corolla. When I accelerate, I hear this rattling noise. I think this noise is attributing to my loss of miles per gallon as well. Does anyone know what might be causing this noise? Please help!

Maybe spark knock/detonation-try changing to higher octane fuel and see what happens
