ONCE IN A WHILE MY TOYOTA WILL TAKE A ITS TIME ABOUT STARTING UP. DOES THIS MEAN I NEED A TUN-UP?IT HAD 26,000 MILES WHEN I GOT IT FROM A RENTAL COMPANY.

Hi there, if you have never tuned the car, it is well due, plugs, air & fuel filter as a minimum.
