I put toyota long life coolant in my car and a few months later I realize on the label that it should have been mixed with distilled water will there be any serious consequences, should I run that coolant out and replace it with diluted one

No consequences, just flush it out and replace with the correct coolant.

You want a 50/50 mix of coolant and distilled water.

Maximum mixture is 70/30 (if you live in Alaska :) ).
