2002 Toyota Corolla Coolant Flush and fill

I don't have the owners manual at easy access since this would answer my question. How many gallons do I have to buy for a flush and fill and what brand? Is Dex-cool OK? I don't know if this makes a difference it is an "s" trim style

Flush cooling system with clean water until all traces of old coolant is gone, the system takes 6 litres in total, check the coolant you wish to use, if it is pre mixed just fill up and bleed system, if concentrate it will be a 50/50 mix so add 3 litres of coolant and 3 of water and bleed system.
