I went through a large puddle that com pletely covered the underside of the car. Car ran poorly immediately after. I ran a test and got po300, 302, 303 codes indicating cylinder misfires. It runs fairly well in neutral, but while in gear it misfires and runs really rough. I have checked, maf, cleaned all contacts I could. I thought maybe transmission sensor could be it, thanks ahead of time to any help.

ANOTHER THING TO CHECK IS REMOVE SPARK PLUGS. I BET THEY'RE FULL OF WATER WHERE THE PLUG WIRE TOUCHES THE SPARK PLUG.
