Brakes problem
1999 Toyota Corolla 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic
i feel the vibration when the car is moving but it really increase and I can feel it at my feet when I press the brakes
i already balanced the wheels

I woudl take off the wheels and check the brakes, they slightly drag and if thers a raised area that is constantly hitting will cause the vibration when driving and increase greatly when braking.
Front and rear brakes.

That sounds to me somthing wrong with your brakes. Ive heard of this problem before.

Try puttin on the parking brake to stop does it pulsate when parking brake is used? If not its not the rear brakes.
