1997 Toyota Corolla 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual

Car wont start, check fuse and the 30A MA2 fuse is blown. Replaced fuse and still it blow out. What is the equipment that this fuse is for?

Yes right after turning the ignition key, just before starting.

You will have to trace wiring for a short to ground. The wiring insulation is most likely missing.
