I do believe there is a fuse thats located in the engine comartment. Look for a wire coming off the air conditioner and follow it and look for an inline fuse. It may also be a relay located in the fuse/relay box. Check your manual for proper location of the relay and if you swap a good relay of the same in the box then that will/should solve the problem.
