1991 Toyota Corolla water in the radiator boils and cooling

Recently, I have replaced myself a hose pipe that is placed at the back of the engine as it overheated and burst and and teared open. Then some time in later days I noticed that the whole cooling hoses connecting to the radiator and the engine becomes pressurised after driving for 20 minutes or over.

I can hear boiling sound of water in the radiator and the overfill thin pipe that connects from the radiator to the coolant container spitting out pressurised steam and water, eventually the water would mostly dry out and the temperature shoots up needing refill into the radiator obviously after it has cooled down. Due to the excessive pressure lately I have noticed a tiny water leak from the radiator but I guess this can be fixed with solutions to fill any tiny cracks inserted from inside the radiator.

Initially I thought there might be an air lock in the system that I tried to let out by opening a screw attached and and poured water into the radiator, but this did not soved the problem.

Please reply what is wrong and needs attention.
