I have a 1991 Toyota Corolla, the all and water mix together. The car runs but I have to stop and make sure there is water in the car when driving. Plus some times when drving a long distance say about 20mi drive and stop the car gets hot. How could this problem be sloved?

Have a compression test performed to test headgasket and as BMR indicated, have this done ASAP.
Coolant in oil will strip the oil film off main bearings, causing damage and possibly spinning a main bearing.

Headgasket replacement on this engine requires removing the camshafts. MAKE SURE you do not mix up the adjustment shims, they MUST go back in same place they were removed from.
You should also replace the valve stem seals while head is off and spark plug tube seals.
If head is warped, get a remanufactured head, usually cost between $300-700.
