I when I start the engine in the morning, I experience some brue smoke coming out from the exhaust pipe, and then later it stops. What causes that?

The valve stem seals are worn out. They become hard and brittle with age and oil seeps down between the seal and gets into combustion chamber when car is sitting and accumulates in combustion chamber, when started it burns off as blue smoke.

You would need to have new valve stem seals installed. This requires a special tool set to do it correctly, so check with Toyota or trusted garage for cost.
