1990 Toyota Corolla its starting but!!!!!

well i have this car of mine and i was driving 70 mph and when i was shifting to fourth it went to 2nd gear so i replace the distributor and change spark plug then now its starting but its stalling i meant it start for a few sec. then the engine stalls it wont continue running can some one help me pls thank you.

Check the fuel pressure if its within specs if okay test the IACV, TPS and Airflow meter to include the EGR valve

what about the intake do u think its got to do something or the distributor timing????
