Hi, I have a 1987 Toyota celica ST, which has 155, xxx miles and its a 4-cylinder FE. The problem is that when I accelerate off a stop sign it will go but when I floor it, the gas gauge goes down and I have no acceleration or power.I asked the dealer whats wrong with it and all they told me was to clean my fuel injectors. So, I just recently put a STP Fuel Injector cleaner but not sure if its working. Everytime I hit the gas all the way down it will rev to 2000, then climb slowly. Do you think it could be my injector, fuel pump, or just a clogged catalytic converter.

I will be apreeciated with cooperative answer, Thanks

It is highly likely that you have a clogged catalytic converter, especially if it has never been changed at 155000 miles, at this mileage you should have it changed anyway, if not changed it can lead to many other serious problems. Have your muffler shop install a high flow converter, these converters are better for the car's overall performance, and allow the engine to breathe easier, reducing engine temperature, and extending the life of the engine.
