where built?

i recently bought a '98 camry (4 cylinder, 110,000 miles), but it has no owner's manual...how do i determine if it was built in the u.s. or japan?

Hi there,

Ring up your local Toyota dealer and quote the V.I.N. Vehicle identification Number, and they will be able to tell you what you need.

if the vin starts with a J its Japan, that easy
