When I take off in drive it has hardly any power and spudders, same thing in reverse, when I get up to speed it's fine. Anybody have any ideas? Thanks in advance. Maybe the MAF Sensor, If you think so, can you please explain where to find it?

Do you have a engine light on? If so take it to Advance Auto etc. And have them scan it to get a code. Could be MAF, could also be Throttle position sensor, coolant temp sensor etc.
You need a scan tool to read and reset OBD-II codes.
