2002 Toyota Camry Brake Repair Cost

I have been given the following repair estimate and would like to know if it is reasonable: $366 to repair front brake pads which are "almost gone" and to repair rotors which are "very rusted." $300 to repair "lower control arm bushings - separating - both sides."
