2000 Toyota Camry lights on dashboard

Theres a light flashing on the dash that looks like a small window with arcs shooting right and left. It looks a message about the windsheild wiper fluid. But Ive never seen it before and I have windshield fluid. I have noticed that recently when I clean the windshield, instead of moving back and forth 4 times they only wipe once.

Hi there,

This is sounding like the washer low fluid warning has stuck in the low position, if the fluid level is ok, you may need a new sensor in the tank.
