I have a 1999 toyota camry with 247000 miles on it. I was driving down the road when the timing belt broke. I have replaced the timing belt, but the crankshaft will not make a full revolution (when turned by hand, too afraid to start it). What could be the problem?

Hi there,

You may have the valve timing set wrong and a valve is touching a problem, but if the timing belt broke you will have more than likely have bent valves, I will send timing specs soon, but you will have to do a comp test to check for valve damage when the valve timing is correct.
