1993 Toyota Camry need help

I need a little more info in order to try and diagnose your car. Please answer these questions and I'll get back to you.
1. Did you do the work? (Need to know if you're mechanically incline, later you might have to run tests yourself)
2. Does it get a spark from the ignition system when you try to crank it?
3. When you spin it over - trying to crank it - does it seem to spin at the normal speed, faster than normal or slower than normal? (Very important)
4. What promped you to install the fuel pump?

Also, you might be able to get the person you bought the car from to chip in for the repairs or take the car back under some type of buyers' protection law.
