Runs at a high rpm maybe it is idle control valve where is it and how to test?

If its high and steady chances are its not the IAC, it is located on the side of the throttle body, unplug the connector on it and if the idle goes down then the module is bad if not.

It is probably a clogged EGR valve or a bad PCV valve or a vaccum leak.
