1992 Toyota Camry Oil smoke coming from exhaust

My Camry blows blue smoke from the exhaust periodically. It typically happens when I accelerate from a stop. Along with the smoke, the engine produces a ticking noise. Along with this, the gas mileage is low.

Hi there,

Best have a compression test and oil pressure test done, the engine sounds like is just worn out.
