I have recently bought a new battery and then a few days later my heater blower, power seat belts, gauges and power windows went out. But I still have power locks. Then I replaced a fuse and everything worked again for a while and then went out again but when I replace the fuse now if just blows everytime I start the car. My Camry book says to reset circuit breakers but the picture is unclear as to which one or what it looks like. Please help.

Ok, so the circuit breakers are pluged in to the back of the fuse block. Dropping the entire fuse box it the easiest way to get acess. They look almost identical to a relay but. There is a small hole on the bottom to reset it! Had same things happen to my Camry.
