timming chain and gear

after we change the timming chain the truck wont start and i wondering why it wont start . 1989 r22E 4x4 4 runner

it wont start up after the timming chain was replaced

Did you put engine on TDC before you remove the chain. If not you need to do that and then line up the sprockets Cam and Crank, makes sure rotor is pointing to no.1 on the distributor cap tower.
