2004 toyota 4 runner sr5

I am considering purchasing a 2004 toyota 4 runner sr5 V6 4WD. It has 34,000 miles. However, a warning light is highlighted and the air conditioner does not work. The warning light looks like a figure and an exclamation point. Is there anyone who has this similar problem? I would like to get some advice. :roll:

most likely the a/c compressor relay. very common and easy to fix.
