I have a 1999 Toyota 4Runner Limited with 130,000 miles on it. My air conditioner works, however, it is not blowing out cold air. There are no temperature irregularities in the engine, it just isn't blowing out cold air. Before this happened, there was a belt that squeaked a bit whenever I would turn the AC on and whenever I was driving below 30 mph. In October, I had to get the engine replaced with a used engine, as well a few other parts for the engine. Why isn't my AC blowing out cold air?

If the AC belt is tensioned properly and it squeaks/squeals there's a problem with compressor-sounds like its locking up, if not could be freon or the air blend door is stuck in the heat position.
