I would like to find a maintenance schedule that I can trust. I keep getting ridiculous recommendations from the service writers at the dealership. Sometimes they say, "You HAVE to have a BLEEP replaced, and the next time they suggest something else and completely forget about the BLEEP. I get the impression they have a repair dujour that they push and the next time it is another repair dujour, need it or not. Where is there a sane evaluation on what needs to be done and when? Thanks.

140,000 would be a good time to have the transmission flushed and new fluid and filter put in then every 30,000 after that transmission fluid to be changed along with filter.

Every 3,000 oil.

20,000 shocks
10,000 wheel rotation and check, rebalance.
20,000 an alignment.
Every oil change change air filter.
40,000 check plugs and wires.
