1994 Toyota 4Runner trans shift/overheat problem

94 4runner does ok in town as far as overheating goes. About 1hr on interstate(65-70mph) and the A/T temp light comes on and it starts spewing fluid. Had it flushed twice, filter changed. It does not shift into OD when it's cold and seems to stay in each gear too long. The heater never gets very warm, either.

It sounds weird but have the coolant temperature/throttle position and vehicle speed sensors checked-without proper input signals from these sensors to the computer the transmission will not operate properly.

The coolant temperature is for the overdrive-the throttle position is for the throttle pressure and the vehicle speed sensor is for the governor pressure-very important signals that the computer needs.
