Lost lobe on cam, motor only has 1500 miles, replaced with factory cam and good used rocker arm assem. Put back together and now I have miss and loss of power, checked valves, 160 to 170 comp. All 4 cylinders spark plugs are good, so what I am asking is what else could have gone wrong when lost cam, was only drove 25 miles after lost lobe, to get home.

Did you check the ignition timing?

Misfiring could be due to bad sparks or wires. The compression seems good so should not be from a cam timing.
