My 1986 automatic 4runner starts fine and drives fine for a while and then suddenly starts to lose power and decelerates but then when I shut off the vehicle and start it again almost immediately after, it again starts fine and drives fine for a while and then starts to lose power again. It isn't overheating. I don't know what's wrong with it and I don't have a lot of money to just be replacing everything that could be responsible.
