Torque value for front bearing spindle nut needed

I can't for the life of me find the torque value for front bearing spindle nut. Can you please help me?

There is no value for that nut as it has to be adjusted to allow for proper bearing preload then locked in place with the cotter pin. To do that you first make sure the bearings are greased properly. Next you gently tighten the nut down until all play in the bearings is gone and the rotor gets somewhat hard to turn. Now you back the nut off and spin the rotor a few times and tighten the nut so the play is gone and it's stiff turning. Now put the locking tab on the nut and back off the nut until the first location that the cotter pin will go through is reached. Test the rotor to be sure it now spins easily but not loosely. If it does then install the cotter pin and bend it to secure it, fill the bearing recess and add a bit of grease to the cap and install the cap. This shows the process to set the preload
