Torque for outer tie rod end nut

I can't find the exact torque for outer tie rod end nut for the car listed above. Nothing in Haynes book, nothing in e-manual I bought for that car. In e-manual they give torques for models of other years, but not for 2003. For example for 1995 it is 31 Ft-lbs, for 1997-1999 it is 44 Ft-lbs. Since torques vary from yer to year i want to know the exact value for that model 2003. Same thing for the Jam Nut on the Inner Tie Rod. No clear answer for that torque as well.
