I want to know if i can change my 17x7.5 rims to 18x8 rims off a 2019 Honda Clarity?

Welcome to 2CarPros. The short answer is no. The long answer is that the center hole where it mounts to the hub is different, the bolt pattern is different and the backspacing of the rim is different as well. Sorry.
