Hi, I've a really loud ticking noise especially when I accelerate and a very bad smell of eggs. It looks like it might be something to do with the exhaust as that looks really shaky, i'm a bit afraid to drive on it and double checked with the garage that they did not put diesel in instead of Petrol any ideas?

Smell is sulphur in the exhaust, the cat is not working and the noise may be a failed lash adjuster causing the engine to run on 3 cylinders this will dump fuel into the cat and this can cause the smell, start with the noise problem first.
