Temperature gauge issue?

V6 3.0l supercharged. I noticed that after the car is warm needle in the middle where it should. Went to a gas station, then while leaving i noticed the temperature was on the coldest notch. These have led lights for each notch to the next, usually 4 or 5 when fully warmed. No codes.

The temperature gauge is fed by the PCM and the engine coolant temperature sensor so the most logical part to replace the is the sensor. Here is the location so you can swap it out. Check out the images (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem so we can see what's going on.
