The high mount brake light and passenger light stop working

I had to replace my driver side brake light and when I did the high mount light and passenger light stop working.

My guess is a fuse blew. I attached two pics below. The first shows which fuse is for the brake lights and the second shows location. The fuse box shown is the under hood fuse box. I highlighted the fuse to check for you.

Now, if you find the fuse is bad, before you replace it remove the new bulb and inspect both the connections on the bulb as well as the ones in the light socket to confirm nothing is crossed. Additionally, confirm the parts store gave you the right bulb.
