Taillights are not turning on?

My taillights are not lighting on my car listed above TDI convertible. I have searched everything, including replacing all bulbs in both taillights with new, verified the fuse is good (not sure of exact location but checked everything please). Still the taillights will not come on. The only switch for them is the "lights on" switch. Brake, turn signals and reverse lights work fine. Help! Can't use this car in the evenings. Thank you

Here are the fuses that run the system, this guide can help you see if there are getting power to both sides of the fuse.

If the fuses are good chances are the vehicle electrical system control module has gone out. Here is the location for it, I would try unplugging the electrical connectors and check for corrosion, then plug them in again to see if anything changes, disconnect the battery first. You might want to try a CAN scan. You can get a CAN scanner (Controller Area Network) which will work on most cars from Amazon.
