EGR valve

Where is the EGR valve located on my 2002 Suzuki XL-7 with a 2.7L V-6? I was told it is on the back of the motor near the firewall, but I can't find it.

Hey Big, Back of the motor, looks like they have this one buried! Heres a pic Item #5
