Want to raise the rear suspension

I want to know can i add a 2 or 3 inch lift block to my rear Minivan or only use leaf helper springs?

The rear suspension on those vans is not all that rugged. However you might be able to use lift blocks if you could find any that would fit. What is the reason for them? If the rear springs are worn you could buy new ones or go to a spring shop where they could make you some to provide some lift.
