My steering wheel shakes when I get to about 50-60 mph. I haven't gone above that to see if it keeps shaking at higher speeds, but it doesn't shake at lower speeds that I can tell. To try to fix it, I changed rotors thinking it was a warped rotor. When that didn't work, I went to Firestone and had my wheels balanced. That also hasn't fixed it. My next step it to get an alignment, but I got an alignment a few months ago, and I don't drive very often with this car, so maybe only 400 miles ago total. Is there any other potential culprits that cause this issue that I can check myself? I don't know if it's allowed, but I'll put a YouTube video I just uploaded below to see the issue.

Thanks for the video. I suspect you have a tire issue. Have you rotated the tires from front to rear to see if it gets better? You may even start to feel it in the seat now more then the steering wheel. I understand they were balanced but I suspect it the tire itself.

Here is a guide that will help with this:

Let's just rotate them and see what happens.

Would I be able to get the tires themselves inspected? Is that something a Firestone, etc. Can do?

It is or you can feel them yourself. They should feel even all the way across the tread and not have lumps, or uneven feeling no matter which way you rub your hand. Compare to the rear and see if they feel different.

Here is a guide that will help. If you are not sure, let me know or stop by a tire store and they can tell quickly.
