Power steering not working properly

A week ago drove to the doctor which was 20 minutes away from the house, everything was working fine no issue. The only thing I noticed was the horn wasn't working. The next day everything was different couldn't steer the wheel everything was tight like it was with the power steering fluid. But it's full. If anyone knows anything that could help would be grateful.

This sounds like a possible pump failure and would not be related to the horn issue.

That just sounds like the horn pad is failing. So I would make sure the pump pulley is turning when the engine is on.

If it is then I suspect the power steering pump shaft has broken. This is pretty common on these pumps. What happens is the engine starts and the shaft snaps and you have no power steering.
