Let me preface by saying a few weeks ago I was driving a one lane road in the mountains and I ran the car off the shoulder for a second, there was very much a lot of scraping underneath my car. Ever since then, I’ll start my car and when I drive it stalls a little, the accelerator goes in and out, but after about 30 seconds it’s fine. I drove today for the first time in two days, and as I got down my driveway the steering and brakes were both completely locked and I had to turn the car off and back on. The accelerator went in and out for about ten seconds and then it was fine again, and it only seems to happen after I haven’t driven for a bit. I know it’s almost definitely because of when I ran off the road, what do you think I damaged that’s making my car act weird :(

Yes, since the problem happens after going off the road, I would raise the car up to see what damage occurred.

This guide can help lift the car up:

You could have damaged a brake line which is what I would look at first. I don't understand what you mean by "the accelerator goes in and out" can you please clarify?
