You cannot break that cars lock without breaking the steering shaft as the lock is a solid piece of steel that locks into a slot in the shaft itself. If the car is something that you want to be able to run later, call a locksmith who can come out and make you a key in a few minutes. You will need to show proof that you own the car but that would allow you to still drive it. The other option would be to tow it with a flatbed or similar.
Now you might be able to go under the hood and disconnect the steering rack from the steering shaft, however you would have no steering at all then.
