Last week I noticed that coolant was disappearing even after putting in new. So I went for an oil change and put new coolant. Drove less than five minutes and hot coolant display on again all the way to 260. Car started steaming from the hood until I got home in about fifteen minutes drive. I noticed a creamy stuff on oil cap. How do I fix this problem? I need this car to commute to school. Please advice.

If the motor oil gets mixed with coolant it will look creamy. That is usually a sign that you have a blown head gasket.
You may want to remove all the spark plugs and see if coolant is on which then at least you will know which bank needs the head gasket replaced. Not to mention you may also have a misfire code on that bank.
