Truck starts runs three minutes, shuts off, cranks forever will not start. Cycle key few times same thing. Put new plugs and wires in it ran better than it ever had. Checked all fuses relays tested injectors all had fifteen ohms. Cannot figure this out.

Forget testing injectors. You know all eight did not fail at the same time. Also, Chrysler has extremely little trouble with their injectors.

The first thing you need to do is read and record the diagnostic fault codes. Do you know how to do that yourself? If the battery was recently disconnected or run out, the fault codes would be erased and that valuable information would be lost. The next thing is to check for spark when the crank/no-start occurs.

Check for spark when the no-start occurs. If it is missing, we need to see if the automatic shutdown, (ASD) relay is turning on. Find the wire that is the same color at every injector and the ignition coil and probe that with a test light. Usually that is a dark green/orange wire but it might be different on your truck. You can also use either small terminal on the back of the alternator, if that is easier to get to. You should see the test light turn on for one second when you turn on the ignition switch, then it will turn off. What is important is if it turns on again during engine rotation, (cranking or running). If it does not, the crankshaft position sensor is the best suspect.

I will be back tomorrow to see how you are doing.
