starts but dies

after refueling and only after refueling the car starts but dies, after about three tries and racing the engine will it idle. NO PROBLEM til NEXT FILLUP..

Any ideas??? I have added fuel system cleaner and cleaned throttle body, new air cleaner Have had this problem for about 4 months
