The choke housing is not set right because when we first pumped the gas it did not close the valve to restrict air. I did it manually and it fired up and ran. I posted a video of it.

When it warmed up, I opened it up fully and it idled until you hit the gas and then it wants to shut off. It will fire back up and hit the gas, it shuts off. You can slightly flutter it to get it to rev up but once you stop, it shuts off.

I attached a video of it starting after warmed up and I also posted a video spraying starter fluid in it to see if it revs up or bogs down when sprayed. It seemed to bog down.

Any suggestions from here? Thanks

Thanks for the videos, it helps. It does look like the choke heater is not working right, also there is a fuel delivery control solenoid at the bottom rear of the carburetor which is not working or does not have power it will not allow fuel into the main jets of the carb. It could be the choke heater is backed off due to not power as well, I would use this guide below and then turn the key on an probe the wires going to the each of these components. Check all fuses while you are at it.

Here are the engine wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

Yes, the carburetor was all jacked up. We replaced it with a new one without a stepper motor and it fires up and runs as it should. Thank you very much for the help.
