The truck has been sitting since 2019 because of a bad water pump. It was an old lady's car. After she passed the daughter drove it a few times and the water pump went bad, and it sat. I changed the water pump, put a fresh battery in it and a new starter along with a new fuel filter. And 10 gallons of fresh gas. It starts up every time for about 1 second and then shuts off. I need help please. I'm thinking it's the security pass lock system but unsure. The truck is 4 hours away from my home and need to get it to run long enough to get onto a trailer or drive home. It's all original truck 89,000 miles.

Yep, it sounds like the security system is engaged, to be sure when you crank the engine over does the security light flash. If so, the security system is engaged.

Here is how to reset the system:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-reset-a-security-system

and this can help do a hard reboot of the system as well:

If the security system light comes back on after the reset the key code does not match the pass lock sensor. At this point I would have a mobile locksmith come out to do the job/program the ignition key. It should cost about $200.00. Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem so we can see what's going on.

So, my question would be; if all else fails and the relearn doesn't work could me bypassing the security system with the 2.2k ohm resistor work? And get it put of security mode and get it to run.

I have seen people install a resistor, but I have never done it, but I did find this video I would try:
