Starting problems

The problem with my car is that every time I fill up the car it will not start. I changed the purge valve but the problem is still there.

This sounds like you have a fuel pump going out. It fails when more weight of the liquid is on it. Do you hear the fuel pump running when the key is in the on position? If not this guide will give you an idea of what you are in for when doing the job and some diagrams below for what it will be like on your car.

Fuel pump installation nut:2.0 - 2.9 N.m (0.2 - 0.3 kgf.m, 1.4 - 2.2 lb-ft)

Yours will be easier becasue you don't need to pull the tank becasue you have an access door.
