First, this vehicle isn't offered in the US, so I have little technical information on it. However, I will try my best to help.
First, what happens when you turn the key to the start position? Does the starter engage and turn the engine or does nothing happen? Also, is the security light staying on?
Who reprogrammed the code and how was it done?
