If fuel pressure is within spec, then either we have a blown fuse or a wiring issue to the ECM. If you check under hood, there should be an injector/ECU fuse. The one I looked up (trying to find info) was fuse 2 (20amp).
If it is good, then you need to check for an injector pulse from the ECU to make sure the injectors are even getting power. Here is a link that shows how it's done in general along with checking an injector. As mentioned, there will be several different tests in the link. However, we need to focus on determining if there is an electrical pulse reaching the injector. I don't have a schematic, but also make sure that the ground for the injectors wasn't damaged during the work. In most cases, they have a common ground.
